....Whatever department you work in, there is never a dull day in the office and time flies by. It is extremely fast paced and each department works very well together. It's the people at CES that really make the job what it is, going all the way up to the directors, everyone is keen to help and you'll make some really good friends along the way. My main point that I will always stress is the amount of progression available in all departments. Not only the level of opportunities but the process behind progression. If you work hard, take advise on board and apply all of your ability you will be vastly rewarded, whether you've worked here for 2 months or 2 years ....

From being a newcomer to now being award winning Salesperson of the Year and frequently earning Salesperson of the Month, I've achieved milestones I couldn't have imagined. The commission-based structure, which is also very achievable, often amounts to £2,000 - £2,500 per month in addition to a solid basic wage, has not only rewarded me well but also motivated me to excel. I started with CES around a year and a half ago having worked for my previous employer for over 20yrs so it was a bit daunting starting a new job, especially as I had never worked in an office before. After a short time it felt like I'd worked here for years thanks to the staff and environment within the company. What's happening!
Our annual Summer Seminar, held at the Swansea Arena, had over 600 attendees, including teams from Advance Energy, City Energy, Consumer Energy Solutions, and Heatforce. The event was abuzz with excitement.
The seminar centred around growth, development, future prospects, and our dedication to reducing carbon emissions, alleviating fuel poverty, and aiding the UK's Net Zero by 2050 mission.
