It's the people at CES that really make the job what it is, going all the way up to the directors, everyone is keen to help and you'll make some really good friends along the way. My main point that I will always stress is the amount of progression available in all departments. Not only the level of opportunities but the process behind progression. If you work hard, take advice on board and apply all of your ability you will be vastly rewarded, whether you've worked here for 2 months or 2 years.
