🕒 Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday–Friday
About the Role
We’re seeking a Workforce Supervisor to lead, support, and inspire our installation teams. If you’re strong in people management, problem-solving, and driving performance, this is your opportunity to step into a rewarding leadership role with a company shaping the future of sustainable energy.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our field-based trade teams are fully prepared to deliver projects to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your allocated workforce daily
- Monitor and maintain attendance and punctuality
- Ensure teams are compliant and fully prepared for all works
- Provide solutions to non-install related workforce queries
- Work with Site Managers to review performance and provide feedback
- Carry out regular workforce well-being check-ins
- Accurately record hours and productivity for payroll
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability
- Confidence with IT systems (Excel, Google Docs, etc.)
- A proactive, team-focused mindset
