💰Salary: £25,396.80 per annum
📍Location: Starting at our Treorchy depot, with deliveries across Wales and Southwest England
🕰 Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday)
📝Contract: Employed
🚘Transport: Company van and fuel card provided
About the Role
As a Labour Team Driver, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our installation teams and the Office by ensuring timely deliveries and collections to and from our valued customers. Your day-to-day duties will include driving, loading/unloading materials, waste collection, and general labouring tasks.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, physically fit, and takes pride in doing hands-on work with a high level of customer service. If you enjoy being on the road and working as part of a supportive team, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver materials to installation sites on time
- Collect and return waste materials for recycling/disposal
- Assist with general labouring tasks on site
- Maintain strong timekeeping and organisational skills
- Adapt to daily schedules and changing routes
- Represent CES with excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driver’s licence (required)
- 1+ year of labouring or similar hands-on experience
- Confident with manual handling and heavy lifting
- Comfortable with long-distance driving
- Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Works well independently and with cross-functional teams
