📍 Location: Brand New Head Office – Phoenix Way, Swansea Enterprise Park, SA7 9HZ
đź’° Salary: ÂŁ23,809.50 per annum, PLUS monthly bonus potential
🕰️ Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Monday: 9:10am – 17:40pm
- Tuesday: 9:10am – 17:40pm
- Wednesday: 9:45am – 19:00pm
- Thursday: 9:10am – 18:30pm
- Friday: 9:10am – 16:00pm

We’re looking for a Project Team Communicator to join our growing Projects Team at our brand new, state-of-the-art head office in Swansea Enterprise Park. About the Role
As a Project Team Communicator, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be the point of contact that keeps projects running smoothly and customers informed every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customer communications
- Build rapport and engage with customers
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and care
- Chase required documentation from customers
What You'll Need
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, face-to-face)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident IT user and fast learner of new systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
- Strong work ethic, with a drive to grow in a fast-paced environment
