We are looking for an already trained and well-versed Solar PV Roofer and Labourer.

💰 Pay: £350 – £850 per job (Per Team)
📍 Location: Wales & South-West England
🕰 Workdays: Monday to Friday
🚐 Transport: Van & 50p per mile fuel allowance
🏠 Accommodation: Fully arranged and paid
📄 Employment Type: Self-Employed
About the Role:
As a Solar PV Roofer with CES, you’ll play a vital role in delivering top-quality solar installations. You’ll be the face of our business, providing exceptional service and craftsmanship that our customers trust and value.
Responsibilities:
- Install industry-leading Solar PV systems
- Work confidently on a variety of roofs: Rosemary, slate, tile
- Conduct DC testing to ensure high-quality installations
- Provide top-tier customer service in occupied homes
- Upload job details to our internal CRM
- Maintain the highest standards of health & safety
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in solar roofing
- Experience in residential/occupied property work
- Demonstrated track record of excellent customer service
- Confident using digital systems (CRM, uploads, etc.)
- Experience with Easy-Dec systems is a bonus!
