We are looking for ECO Project Coordinators!

đź’° Salary:  ÂŁ24,143.76 annually PLUS bonus potential up to ÂŁ1000 per month

đź“Ť Location:  Phoenix Way, Llansamlet 

đź•° Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

  • Monday & Tuesday: 9:10 AM - 5:40 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:45 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:10 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Friday: 9:10 AM - 4:00 PM

About this role:
The ECO department leads our submissions to the Energy Company Obligation scheme, which is crucial to our ongoing business success. Our ECO Project Coordinators are responsible for reviewing all relevant documents post-installation to compile the completed submission packs.

Responsibilities:

  •  Accurately screening all relevant documentation, photos, and certificates, for any non-compliances promptly.
  • Reaching out to partners with additional data requirements and following up on your request.
  • On project completion submit the complete data pack to be used in the claim to the ECO4 Scheme.
  • Collate the customer's handover packs containing all relevant certificates for the products installed and post them to them.

Required Skill Set:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Great concentration allowing you to screen data for long periods.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiar with Google spreadsheets and internet-based research.
  • Willingness to continuously learn.
  • Great note-taking skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Time management, the ability to work towards deadlines.
