We are looking for Customer Support Agents!
💰 Salary: £23,500.00 PLUS monthly bonus potential up to £500
📍 Location: Swansea Marina Head Office (SA1 3XL)
🕰 Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
About this role:
Within our Projects Team, our Customer Support Agents play a vital role in assisting customers before and during the installation of their FREE energy measures. They keep our customers informed with relevant updates and provide support for any queries. Detailed records are maintained to ensure effective communication within the team, guaranteeing the continued delivery of exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers over the phone to provide information and support.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Accurately input data into computer systems.
- Update information and maintain data on spreadsheets using Excel and Google Docs.
Required Skill Set:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail in tasks and assignments.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate IT systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, embracing challenges and maintaining productivity.
